4. User Responsibilities

When using Mama: Pregnancy Tracker, you agree to:

As stated in our Privacy Policy, all your personal content is stored locally on your device. We do not access, store, or claim any rights to your personal content. You are solely responsible for backing up your data, as we do not provide cloud backup services at this time.

6. Subscription and Payments

Mama: Pregnancy Tracker offers premium features through subscription plans:

  • Subscription fees are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for premium features. Terms for free trials include:

  • Free trial duration will be clearly stated at the time of paywall
  • You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged
  • Free trials are limited to one per user and may not be combined with other offers
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trials

8. Intellectual Property

The Mama: Pregnancy Tracker app, including its design, features, text, graphics, user interface, and all other content (excluding your personal content) is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • ConfigCat (Remote Configuration)

Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

Mama: Pregnancy Tracker is designed for expecting mothers and is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
